All orders placed may take up to 5 business days to complete. Orders of high quantity will require an additional lead time. Once your order has been processed a lead time will be estimated and sent to you via email.

There are two options that you can use to receive your order. You can choose to collect your order at our store location or have it couriered to you, anywhere in South Africa.

Collection

You will only be able to collect your items once you have received your "ready for collection email". If you have NOT received this email, we are unable to release your product. Please ensure that you provide us with evidence of the email when you arrive at the store.

Collection is only available between 09:00 and 17:00 on Weekdays (excl. public holidays).

Courier

Our courier of choice, is The Courier Guy.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email; it may take up to 3 business days to be delivered to you.
